ZhanZhuang, TaiJiQuan and WingChun – Course Agenda by Maestro De Santis
ZhanZhuang Instructor Training:
Duration:
- An 8-session training program per year.
When and Where:
- Lucerne (Switzerland): Every first Sunday of each month starting from November (in January, it will be the second Sunday). Any changes in dates will be communicated to registered participants after November and at the time of registration. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to make up for missed dates.
- Milan: Every third Sunday of each month starting from November.
Time:
- From 13:30 to 18:30.
Level:
- The professional ZhanZhuang Instructor training program consists of 6 levels of training. Each year, one level will be studied, and at the end of the year, there will be a comprehensive workshop to assess 100% understanding of the training program. This training will lead you to a complete understanding of ZhanZhuang QiGong and YiQuan practice.
Accreditations:
- Participation diplomas will be awarded, also recognized in China. Additionally, you will receive complimentary videos and related educational materials.

- 1200 euros.

Taiji Quan Workshop:
Duration:
- One-day/single-event workshop
When and Where:
- Vevey (Switzerland): Every first Saturday of the month starting from November.
- Milan (Italy): Every second Saturday of the month starting from November.
Time:
- From 9:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 18:30.
Information:
- Each month, there will be Taiji Quan workshops aimed at acquiring mastery of this art and experiencing it in all its qualities. Each workshop will focus on a different skill. You can participate in a single workshop without the obligation of continuity.
Price for a single workshop:
- 120 euros for morning and afternoon sessions
- 80 euros for the afternoon session only

- Vevey (Switzerland): Last Sunday of October and second Sunday of February.
- Milan (Italy): Third Saturday of November and third Sunday of February.
Time:
- From 9:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 18:30.
Information:
- Each month, there will be WingChun workshops aimed at acquiring mastery of this art. You can participate in one or all stages without the obligation of participation.
