Base Course - The Roots:
Igniting the Human Machine.
The video course is divided into 18 lessons covering 4 modules to explore in detail the positions and postures that allow for evolution. In technical terms, the "The Roots" - Earth course works on both Yi (intention) and Qi (energy) in order to create the conditions conducive to the dissolution of internal blocks, the opening of meridians, and self-healing, thanks to levels of spinal alignment never reached before.
First Level: Zhan Zhuang YangShenGong 0.1, characterized by the visualization of water and the primary position known as "embracing the ball".
Second Level: Zhan Zhuang YangShenGong 0.2, characterized by the visualization of elastic bands positioned at specific points to stimulate the magnetic power of our bioenergetic system, exploiting the principles of Kinesiology, Bioenergetics, and Reflexology.
Third Level: Zhan Zhuang YangShenGong 0.3, also known as "embracing the tree" or "iron shirt Qigong".
Advanced Course - The Spirit:
Driving the Human Machine.
The video course is divided into 20 lessons covering 2 modules, where the training of Yi and Qi is taken to the level of their transcendence, which is the Taoist goal of overcoming duality. The course focuses on the study of advanced ZhanZhuang NeiJiaGong positions and secret techniques for working on internal energy, in active terms. If in the modules of the Base Course - "The Roots" it was the Yi that influenced the Qi, now we access a new and advanced, more conscious condition: mastering and directing energy, merging the internal Qi with the external Qi into a single entity.
Fourth Level: Zhan Zhuang YangShenGong 0.4, the first step towards a connection with the five elements.
Fifth Level: Zhan Zhuang NeiJia Gong 0.1 This level allows you to clearly understand the duality of Yin and Yang. The process of non-duality through overcoming opposite polarities is the alchemical basis of this level. Here you will create the "sphere". Your astral body will change shape. Your perception will become 360 degrees.
Sixth Level: ZhanZhuang NeiJia Gong 0.2, the final level for cultivating awareness of the aura and the connection between the inner and the outer. This last level brings together all the levels of the path, marking the completion of the training, and making each practitioner a specialist in ZhanZhuang, with all the associated healing and strength benefits.
Willpower
Are you willing to sacrifice some of your time to combat your traumas/energy blocks and learn to breathe correctly,rebalance your Qi, and align your structure and spine?
